How is the Cash Rewards calculated?

Cash Rewards can be calculated quite easily – just multiply the real estate agent’s commission on the sale price of the home by 20%. For example, if you are purchasing or selling a home for $400,000 and use an approved agent from the HomeAdvantage's network, then your cash rewards would be $2,400 (example based on the assumption that the agent earned a 3% commission).

How can the Cash Rewards be used?

Your cash rewards can be used to reduce the overall cost of the home and closing costs, or taken as cash. You will receive your rebate at the close of escrow, once you complete a quality of service survey.

Get started with HomeAdvantage in 3 easy steps:

2. Select an Agent: Select an agent from our pre-approved network of agents.
3. Close & Save: When you buy or sell real estate using one of our agents, you will qualify to receive your Cash Rewards at close of escrow.
